In view of the recent restrictions on construction in Kolkata, the extensive structural restoration, conservation and the resulting increased scope of work, the expected re-opening of the Oberoi Grand has been revised to September 2028. The Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 6:40 P.M. This disclosure is being made for the information of the stakeholders and the same may kindly be taken on record.
