Our Company is one of the emerging Non-Deposit taking Non- Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi, bearing Registration No. B-14.01129. In addition of this, the Company is a listed entity and trading its equity shares at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Limited). The BSE Scrip Code of the Company is 539552 and the ISIN of Securities of the Company is INE108T01021. CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE Dear Shareholders, It brings me immense pleasure to announce our performance for the FY 2025-26 through our Annual Report. Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in India have made great progress financially over the previous years, as seen in improved profitability, increased asset quality and better capital adequacy. Our growth strategy has remained measured and quality-focused throughout the year with the aim of balanced growth across both sides of the balance sheet. Our credit policy integrates automated checks with manual oversight, ensuring every loan meets stringent quality standards before approval. This balanced approach has enabled us to maintain healthy asset quality metrics while scaling our loan book. As a listed entity, the Company’s responsibilities extend beyond financial performance to encompass high standards of governance, transparency, compliance and stakeholder engagement. The Board remains committed to supporting the management team in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability and responsible business conduct, while maintaining a focus on sustainable value creation. During the year, the Company completed the process for the change of its corporate name. The change in name is intended solely to reflect the Company’s corporate identity and does not result in any change to the Company’s objects, business activities, operations or legal status. The Company obtained the requisite No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the in-principle approval from BSE Limited, and all other applicable regulatory approvals in connection with the change of name. Thereafter, the Registrar of Companies issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the change of name dated 03 August 2026, pursuant to which the new name of the Company became effective from 03 August 2026. The Company is undertaking all consequential statutory, regulatory and administrative actions arising from the change of name, including dissemination of the updated corporate identity to shareholders and other stakeholders through public advertisements in English and Hindi newspapers and by making the necessary filings, intimations and updates with the relevant statutory, regulatory and governmental authorities in accordance with applicable laws. Further, I take this opportunity to thank all our esteemed shareholders and our promoters for their valuable contribution.
