CHAIRMAN’S
MESSAGE
Dear Shareholders,
It brings me immense pleasure to announce our performance for the FY 2025-26
through our Annual Report.
Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in India have made great progress
financially over the previous years, as seen in improved profitability, increased asset
quality and better capital adequacy. Our growth strategy has remained measured and
quality-focused throughout the year with the aim of balanced growth across both
sides of the balance sheet. Our credit policy integrates automated checks with
manual oversight, ensuring every loan meets stringent quality standards before
approval. This balanced approach has enabled us to maintain healthy asset quality
metrics while scaling our loan book.
As a listed entity, the Company’s responsibilities extend beyond financial
performance to encompass high standards of governance, transparency, compliance
and stakeholder engagement. The Board remains committed to supporting the
management team in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability and responsible
business conduct, while maintaining a focus on sustainable value creation.
During the year, the Company completed the process for the change of its corporate
name. The change in name is intended solely to reflect the Company’s corporate
identity and does not result in any change to the Company’s objects, business
activities, operations or legal status.
The Company obtained the requisite No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the
Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the in-principle approval from BSE Limited, and all
other applicable regulatory approvals in connection with the change of name.
Thereafter, the Registrar of Companies issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation
pursuant to the change of name dated 03 August 2026, pursuant to which the new
name of the Company became effective from 03 August 2026.
The Company is undertaking all consequential statutory, regulatory and
administrative actions arising from the change of name, including dissemination of
the updated corporate identity to shareholders and other stakeholders through public
advertisements in English and Hindi newspapers and by making the necessary
filings, intimations and updates with the relevant statutory, regulatory and
governmental authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
Further, I take this opportunity to thank all our esteemed shareholders and our
promoters for their valuable contribution. My sincere thanks go out to the Reserve
Bank of India, Securities & Exchange Board of India, BSE Ltd., Registrar & Share
Transfer Agent for their continuous support and guidance from time to time. I am
also grateful to the Members on the Board for their contribution towards steering
the Company to a path of sustainable growth.
I hereby express my gratitude to the Management Team, Staff and other Business
Associates for their dedication and assistance in the journey so far.
Thank you for your support.
With my best wishes,
Yours sincerely
