DRI PRODUCTION AT 182K TONNES, HIGHER 131%YOY PELLET PRODUCTION AT 1.7 MN TONNES. COPPER PRODUCTION AT 2,754 TONNES LOYDS METALS AND ENERGY LIMITED (“THE COMPANY”) IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE ITS OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE FOR THE Q1FY27, DEMONSTRATING CONSISTENT PRODUCTION ACROSS ALL KEY SEGMENTS. Iron ore Continuing the strong momentum of FY26, Iron ore output for Q1FY27 was 6.05 million tonnes, up 53% YoY. Anchored to produce 26 MT iron ore in FY27. The mined ore excludes the BHQ of 5.9 million tonnes, which the company will be processing once the beneficiation plants are commissioned. Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) Production during Q1FY27 was 182k tonnes, compared with 79k tonnes in Q1FY26, registering a growth of 131%. The two new kilns are fully commissioned and running to capacity. Pellet The company recently commenced its 4mnt pellet plant , ramping up its annual capcity to 8 mn tonnes. Q1FY27 pellet production saw a production of 1.7 mnt. The entry into the market with both plants running has been exceptionally well received in both international and local markets. Plant 1 is now running to full capacity, having produced 4 mnt in full 12 months of operations. Copper The company got its first output of copper in Surya mines in March-26, with that the Q1FY27 production stood at 2754 tonnes.
