Commenting on the results and performance, Mr. Hemant Jain, Joint Managing Director said:
“We are very pleased to report a robust start to FY27, with all-round growth across Revenue,
EBITDA and PAT. Despite a challenging external environment, KKCL has delivered a noteworthy
performance on both growth and profitability. This reflects a strong performance driven by a
healthy combination of volume expansion. Importantly, the broad-based growth across our brand
portfolio validates our design capabilities and the ongoing fashion acceleration being seen among
Indian consumers. Execution-led operational discipline continues to be a core strength. It has
enabled us to scale efficiently while preserving profitability, a clear validation of the right execution
of our Vision 2028 strategy.
We saw strong, consistent growth across both our retail and non-retail channel of sales, which
reaffirms the strength of our go-to-market approach and positions KKCL as a preferred destination
for menswear, womenswear and kidswear. Our growing network of EBOs further strengthens
brand visibility and enables us to deepen consumer engagement across all categories.
With a strong balance sheet and a resilient business foundation, we are well-positioned to
capitalize on both visible and emerging consumer opportunities. KKCL, with its established brands,
robust manufacturing infrastructure, well-entrenched distribution network, and a culture of
continuous innovation, remains well-geared to meet the evolving aspirations of modern, fashion-
conscious consumers. Our unique integrated business model allows us to serve this demand at scale
while sustaining margins.
Looking ahead, we remain confident of sustaining this growth momentum through the rest of FY27.
With well-defined objectives and sharp execution plans in place, KKCL is poised to deliver healthy
and profitable growth in the coming quarters.”
