All the particulars disclosed in the earlier disclosure dated May 28, 2026, remains the same. Consequent to the completion of the initial subscription, the aforesaid wholly-owned subsidiaries shall commence their business operations in due course. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchange(s) informed of any further material developments or information relating to the aforesaid wholly-owned subsidiaries, as and when required, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
