The projects span e-governance, digital transformation, railway infrastructure, project management consultancy, engineering supervision, financial advisory, technology consulting and citizen-centric public infrastructure initiatives across multiple states. These wins further reinforce Choice Group's position as a trusted partner to governments in delivering large-scale infrastructure, digital governance and public sector transformation projects across India. The following sections provide details of the assignments awarded to the Company. 1. Urban E-Governance Platform Implementation (Bihar | 60 Months) Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited has been awarded a Large Order* for customization, implementation and maintenance of an integrated e-governance solution using the Urban Platform for Delivery of Online Governance (UPYOG) across Urban Local Bodies in Bihar. The engagement aims to enhance citizen service delivery, improve administrative efficiency, enable digital governance workflows and support state-wide urban governance transformation. 2. Detailed Project Report (DPR) Preparation under the Urban Challenge Fund (Bihar | 12 Months) Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited has won a Large Order* from the Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar for preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) under the Urban Challenge Fund (UCF). The engagement includes preparation of comprehensive DPRs, technical assessments, financial evaluation and project structuring to facilitate development of sustainable urban infrastructure projects across the state. The assignment further strengthens the Company's leadership in urban planning and infrastructure advisory service. 3. Project Management Consultancy for Gargai Dam & Water Conveyance Project (Maharashtra | 48 Months) Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited, as a consortium partner, will receive its share of the fees, which falls under Medium Order* category for the engagement won from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of the Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) Gargai Dam across River Gargai, water conveyance tunnel from Gargai to Modak Sagar and allied infrastructure works. The engagement includes project planning, engineering supervision, quality assurance, monitoring and implementation support for one of Mumbai's key water infrastructure projects aimed at strengthening long-term water security. 4. Project Management Services for Railway Construction Projects (Tamil Nadu | 30 Months) Ayoleeza Consultants Private Limited, as a consortium partner, will receive its share of the fees, which falls under Medium Order* category for the engagement awarded by Southern Railway for providing Project Supervision Services Agency (PSSA) for various railway construction projects under the jurisdiction of the Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction), Tambaram. The engagement includes deployment of multidisciplinary experts for construction supervision, project monitoring, quality assurance and implementation support across multiple railway infrastructure projects. 5. Project Management Services for Railway Electrification (Bihar | 18 Months) Ayoleeza Consultants Private Limited, as a consortium partner, will receive its share of the fees, which falls under Small Order* category for the engagement awarded by East Central Railway for providing Project Management Services (PMS) for the design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 132/2x25 KV Traction Sub-Stations along with SP/SSPs between Gomoh and Patratu in connection with enhancement of railway freight loading capacity up to 3,000 MT. The engagement includes project management, construction supervision, quality assurance, monitoring and implementation support throughout project execution. 6. Implementation of Centralised Integrated Management System (CIMS) & Business Intelligence Platform (Bihar | 60 Months) Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited has secured a Small Order* from Udyog Mitra, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, for implementation of a Centralized Integrated Management System (CIMS) and Business Intelligence Platform. Authority Engineer for Railway Electrification Project (Bihar | 18 Months) Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited, as a lead partner will receive its share of the fees, which falls under Small Order* category for the engagement won from East Central Railway for appointment as the Authority Engineer for providing project management services relating to the design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 132/2×25 KV Traction Sub-Stations along with Sectioning and Paralleling Posts (SP/SSPs) between the GHDA–MHDA section.
