The Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Appointment of Scrutinizer for the 40th Annual General Meeting “AGM” of the Company. Mr. Nirbhay Kumar, proprietor of M/s. Nirbhay Kumar & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as ‘Scrutinizer’ to scrutinize the remote e-voting and e-voting process during the ensuing 40th AGM of the Company. 3. * Re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Batra (DIN-00082866) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Batra (DIN-00082866) as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years w.e.f. November 02, 2026, not liable to retire by rotation, and continuation of directorship beyond the age of seventy-five (75) years, which he shall attain on September 30, 2027, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Mr. Rajiv Batra is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
