The KMP was unexpectedly unavailable due to sudden travel with no access to secure corporate systems. To maintain Governance standards and prevent any incomplete or inaccurate market dissemination, the Compliance team was required to wait for the formal review and authorization from the KMP before executing the regulatory submissions on the portal. We hereby confirm that no price sensitive information was revealed. During the period, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons. Consequently, there was no possibility of selective misuse of this information.
