Ref: Our letter No. BSL/SEC/2026-27/31 dated 31st July, 2026 Dear Sir/ Ma’am, We refer to our earlier letter dated 31st July, 2026 (Outcome of Board Meeting held on 31st July, 2026) regarding the proposed appointment of Ms. Monika Bohara (ACS A60048) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Monika Bohara (ACS A60048), who had intimated her acceptance for being appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. 3rd August, 2026 has unilaterally withdrawn her earlier acceptance for such appointment and consequently, the proposed appointment has not taken effect. The Company is actively looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy and will make the requisite disclosure upon finalization and appointment of suitable candidate as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. In the interim period and pending such appointment, Mr. Shaleen Toshniwal, Managing Director (DIN:00246432) shall be responsible to ensure applicable compliances.
