No. S-14011 /1 /2022-BLA dated 06.08.2026 from BLA cell of Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India for appointment of Ms. Santosh, Statistical Adviser, Ministry of Steel as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited, with immediate effect, until further orders, in place of Ms. Sudershan Mendiratta, Ex-Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel (DIN: 11152018). Accordingly, Ms. Sudershan Mendiratta ceases to be the Director of the Company with effect from 6th August 2026. The appointment of Ms. Santosh will be effective from the date of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN) to her. Ms. Santosh is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company and also is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authority.
