The defining decision of the year was structural: to stop shipping products that stand alone and instead build one enterprise AI platform on which every future product can run. Volkai HR — our AI-native hiring system — and Volkai College — our campus placement and assessment platform — are the first two verticals to sit on that shared foundation.
