In continuation to our earlier intimation for closure of trading window sent on 26th June, 2026, please take note that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed upto 15th August, 2026 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 13th August, 2026. The trading window shall be open from 16th August, 2026.
