Outcome of Board Meeting

Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the allotment of 2,520,000 equity shares upon the conversion of 2,500,000 convertible warrants. The warrants were issued on a preferential basis at an offer price of Rs. 63.80 per warrant. The allotment was approved by the Board of Directors on August 6, 2026. The company's issued and paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 33,35,430,000.
