Applicability of Corporate Governance from FY 2026-2027.

Upon verification, it was observed that the Company is required to comply with the applicable Corporate Governance provisions under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations. Accordingly, the Company has submitted the revised Corporate Governance filing along with the applicable Integrated Governance XBRL to rectify the earlier inadvertent filing.
