Size of the Agreement SCL will receive the sum of INR. 37,17,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Thirty-seven crore seventeen lakhs only) from KCPL upon execution of Framework Agreement. Shareholding, if any, in the entity with whom the Nil agreement is executed Significant terms of the agreement (in brief) special Significant terms of Framework Agreement include rights like right to appoint directors, first right to the following: share subscription in case of issuance of shares, right to restrict any change in capital structure KCPL shall pay to the SCL the sum of INR etc. 37,17,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Thirty-seven crore seventeen lakhs only) upon execution of Framework Agreement.
