Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 as amended, we hereby notify that Konkan Storage Systems
(Kochi) Private Limited (“KCPL”), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has executed today i.e;
August 06, 2026, Framework Agreement with Sea Lord Containers Limited (“SCL”), wherein KCPL
intends to engage SCL for the construction of storage tanks for liquid products with an aggregate storage
capacity of 49,577 cbm, along with associated facilities, including truck loading bays for petroleum
products, a tanker loading gantry and the installation of a carbon steel (CS) pipeline.
The details, as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Master Circular No.
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as an Annexure A.

Annexure A-The details, as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI
Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026
Name(s) of parties with whom the agreement is entered Konkan Storage Systems (Kochi) Private Limited
(“KCPL”) and Sea Lord Containers Limited (“SCL”)
Purpose of entering into the agreement KCPL has executed a Framework Agreement with
SCL wherein KCPL intends to engage SCL for the
construction of storage tanks for liquid products with
an aggregate storage capacity of 49,577 cbm, along
with associated facilities, including truck loading bays
for petroleum products, a tanker loading gantry and
the installation of a carbon steel (CS) pipeline.
Size of the Agreement KCPL shall pay to SCL a sum of INR. 37,17,00,000/-
(Indian Rupees Thirty-seven Crore Seventeen lakhs
only) upon execution of Framework Agreement.
