Business Update The overall Indian automotive sector grew by 22.1% during the quarter. Passenger Vehicles growth was 16.8%, and two-wheeler segment grew by 22.8%. Global automotive and nonautomotive markets had a muted quarter. The geopolitical conflict in the Middle East continues. Higher oil and commodity prices had its impact during the quarter. Certain trade restrictions and the global shipping crisis continue to add to the uncertainties in business. There have been significant wage increases in India clubbed with labor shortages across India due to issues like labor unrest in NCR region, elections in multiple states, etc. This has resulted in higher employee and admin costs in India operations. Passing of both raw material and wage increases to customers at ICM and PLE divisions is delayed and has affected the quarterly results. This is expected to normalize in the next two quarters. The overall operating performance of the company, including SCS, for the quarter has been good, with consolidated revenue growing by 24% and EBITDA growing by 57.5%. The Company has achieved highest quarterly operating revenue of Rs.1070 Cr for the quarter. Revenue growth in GCM at 27.6% is much higher than global growth. ICM grew at 20.8%. SED grew by 48% showing continued strong momentum during the quarter. As informed in the earlier Press Release, SCS financials are now clubbed with GCM. Various tariff recoveries from customers and government agencies are ongoing. For the Year Ended Highlights 6,025 Revenue growth for the quarter was 27.6%, indicating many new project ramp-ups and against the background of muted global 4,722 growth 12.6% EBITDA margin for the quarter was 12.6%, a growth of 174.6% over Q1 of last year. 5.8% GCM had a significant inflow of new business wins in Q1 across China, Mexico, and India. For the Year Ended Highlights ICM had revenue growth of 20.8% for the quarter, showing all- 3,310 round improvements in OEM and aftermarket businesses. 2,739 Operational EBITDA grown at 4.2% for the quarter. This is largely due to the timing issue of raw material and wage increases that 14.9% are to be passed on to customers. This process is expected to 12.8% complete in Q2 and Q3 of the current year. Margins are expected to improve over this period. Q1 Q1 Beyond cable projects continue to ramp up well. Braking FY 2025-26 FY 2026-27 products such as CBS grew by over 110%, Brake Shoes and Revenue EBITDA pads by over 80%. Multiple further project wins expected to strengthen this product vertical.
