(IST). The Company has a strong case to defend the matter before the Authority since the notice is issued without considering the documentary evidences submitted by the Company. Further, the Company will prefer an appeal before Appellate Authority against the said notice within prescribed timelines. The relevant details to be disclosed are as under: SN Particulars Details a.
