Mr. Paramjit Singh Nayyar is a seasoned Human Resource (“HR”) leader with over 26 years of experience across Telecommunications, Engineering and Financial Services Industry including NBFC, Housing Finance, General Insurance and Health Insurance. Mr. Nayyar holds an MBA in HR Management and has completed executive leadership programs from Harvard Business School, Indian School of Business, University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business and Centre for Creative Leadership, Singapore. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hero Housing Finance (Hero Fincorp).
