IDAL/2025-26/SE/113 dated March 16, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company has today received an intimation that the proposed joint venture entity has been duly incorporated in the United Kingdom as a private company limited by shares, under the name "Project Purple Ventures Limited", pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales, Companies House, dated August 4, 2026. The said entity has been incorporated as per the terms and structure envisaged in the definitive agreement(s) referred to in our aforementioned disclosure, with the Company being one of the subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the said entity.
