This is with reference to the email dated 06-08-2026 received from BSE Limited seeking an explanation for the delay in submission of the disclosure relating to the credit rating received from CRISIL Ratings Limited. The Company submits that the communication from CRISIL Ratings Limited, reaffirming the existing credit rating with a 'Stable' Outlook, was received by the Company on 27 July 2026. However, due to an inadvertent administrative oversight during the internal compliance process, the said communication was not submitted to the Stock Exchange within the prescribed timeline under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015. The delay was purely inadvertent and procedural in nature. There was no intention whatsoever to withhold any material information from the Stock Exchange or the investors. It is also respectfully submitted that the rating represented a reaffirmation of the existing credit rating with a Stable Outlook and did not involve any downgrade, adverse revision or other material change in the Company's credit profile. Immediately upon identification of the omission, the Company submitted the disclosure to the Stock Exchange on 05 August 2026. The Company sincerely regrets the inadvertent delay. The matter has been reviewed internally, and the Company has strengthened its internal compliance and reporting mechanism by reinforcing the process for prompt escalation of communications received from credit rating agencies to the Compliance Officer so as to ensure timely disclosures going forward. Considering that this is an isolated instance, the delay was unintentional, the disclosure has already been made, and no prejudice has been caused to investors, the Company respectfully requests the Exchange to kindly take the above explanation on record and condone the delay. Thanking you Yours faithfully, For Calcom Vision Limited Sushil Kumar Malik Chairman & Managing Director DIN: 00085715 Enclosed: A/a
