Dear Sir, This is with reference to your email ref no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SJ/ 2026-2027 / 4113 dated August 05, 2026, seeking clarification in respect of price movement of the Company's Security at your Ex- change in the recent past. In this regard, we wish to inform that all material information that may have a bearing on the opera- tions/performance of the Company, which includes all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Reg- ulations’), have been regularly disclosed to the Stock Exchange by the Company in a timely and accu- rate manner in conformity with the principles corporate governing disclosures and obligations, out- lined in regulation 4 of the Regulations and circulars issued under the Regulations. As on date as per our best knowledge, all material facts and information’s which has bearing on the price of the securities of the company have been properly disclosed, disseminated and are on the pub- lic web site of BSE and disclosed. We wish to inform you that, there is no additional information and/or announcement which is/ are price sensitive in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obliga- tions and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which in our opinion may have a bearing on the Price/Volume behaviour of the Company's Scrip. We would further like to inform you that the movement in price is purely market driven on which the Company neither has any control nor has any knowledge thereof.
