The Facilities availed are mentioned below-; 4 | P age CP(IB)/660/MB/2025 and IA 5513 of 2025 Bank Of India Vs Supreme Engineering Limited IN THE NATIONAL COMPANY LAW TRIBUNAL, MUMBAI BENCH-VI 2.3 Owing to non-payment towards the credit facilities availed from the Financial Creditor, account of the Corporate Debtor was classified as NPA on 19.08.2021. 2.4 Further the Applicant has also filed an Original Application bearing No. 848 of 2024 before the Ld. Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai -III for a claim of Rs. 106,55,64,683.91/- (Rupees One Hundred and Six Crores Fifty-Five Lacs Sixty-Four Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty-Three and Ninety-One Paise Only). The said Original Application is pending before the Ld. Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai -III and the Financial Creditor craves the leave to refer to and rely upon the records and proceedings thereto, if required by this Ld.
