Garware Technical Fibres Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'the Company shall provide its Members the facility to exercise their right to votes by electronic means (remote e-Voting) and e-Voting during the 49th AGM ("e-Voting at AGM") (collectively referred to as "e-Voting") scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 08th September, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (1ST), through Video Conferencing ("VC") or Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"). The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") for facilitating e-Voting to enable the Members to cast their votes by electronic means. For the aforesaid purpose, in pursuance of Rule 20(4)(vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 1st September, 2026 as Cut-Off Date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of Members for e-Voting. The remote e-Voting period commences on Saturday, 5th September, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (1ST) and ends on Monday, 7th September, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (1ST).'.

This is to inform you that in compliance with provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act,
2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and
Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company shall provide its Members the
facility to exercise their right to votes by electronic means (remote e-Voting) and e-Voting
during the 49t AGM ("e-Voting at AGM") (collectively referred to as "e-Voting") scheduled to
be held on Tuesday, 08th September, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (1ST), through Video Conferencing
("VC") or Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"). The Company has engaged the services of
National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") for facilitating e-Voting to enable the
Members to cast their votes by electronic means.
