Update on Q1 2027 Performance

Highlights for Q1 FY27
1.Q1 FY27 Revenue at Rs. 26,342 million with a growth of 29.9% YoY. India Operations registered a 28.6% growth.
Overseas Operation saw a growth of 45.6%.
Revenue from EV models in Q1 FY27 is ~16% of total revenue in Q1 FY27 and grew by 87% YoY
2. Q1 FY27 PBT (before exceptional and JV profits) at 4.3% vs. 4.1% in Q1 FY26;
EBITDA at 8.5% in Q1 FY27 vs 9.5% on YoY basis
Under-recovery of war-related inflation impacted Q1 FY 27 margins by ~0.7%.
3. Net debt at Rs.5,268 million vs. 4,952 million as of March 31 of FY26 primarily due to capex.
4. In Q1FY27 net new business annual peak revenue win is Rs.5,991 million
