We further wish to inform you that the Company has received the RBI approval letter (ref number KOL.DOR.NO.S 915/01-01-005/2026-27) dated 05 August 2026 granting approval for the appointment of Mr. Angalappan Anandakumar as a Director of the Company for a period of five years till 31st July 2031. Further, the RBI has not accorded its approval for the proposed appointments of Mr. Suryanarayanan Meenakshi Sundaram and Mr. Ganesan Mageshkumar as Directors of the Company.
