Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 alongwith the Limited Review Report were reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee and subsequently by the Board of Directors. Revenue Growth of Company is approx. 142.92 % in comparison to previous quarter ended 30th June 2025 i.e. from Rs. 217.01 Crore of previous quarter ended 30 June 2025 to Rs. 527.15 Crore of Current quarter ended 30th June 2026, II. EBITDA growth is approx. 124.38 % in comparison to previous quarter ended 30 June 2025. i.e. from Rs. 35.31 Crore of previous Quarter ended 30th June 2025 to Rs. 79.23 Crore of Current quarter ended 30th June 2026. III. PBT growth is approx. 132.06 % i.e. from Rs. 29.73 Crore of previous quarter ended 30th June 2025 to 68.99 Crore of Current quarter ended 30th June 2026 IV. Increase in Company's order position is approx. 81.19 % as on 1st July, 2026 in comparison to order position on 1st July 2025. V. Company`s Order book position on 1st July, 2026 is Rs. 2,817.42 Crore in comparison to previous quarter Order position of 1st July, 2025 i.e. Rs. 1,554.94 Crore. EBITDA growth is approx. 82.19 % in comparison to previous quarter ended 30th June 2025 i.e. from Rs. 32.95 Crore of previous quarter ended 30th June 2026 to Rs. 60.03 Crore of current quarter ended 30th June 2026, III. PBT growth is approx. 76.69 % i.e. from Rs. 29.51 Crore of previous quarter ended 30th June 2025 to Current quarter ended 30th June 2026 Rs. 52.41 Crore. IV. Increase in Company's order position is approx. 81.85 % as on 1st July 2026 in comparison to order position on 1st July, 2025. V. Company`s Order book position on 1st July, 2026 is Rs. 2,432.35 Crore in comparison to previous Order position of 1st July, 2025 i.e. Rs. 1,337.57 Crore. 2. Pursuant to Regulation 82 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, the Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, in reference to allotment of Rights Issue of shares made on 5th June 2025, was considered, approved and taken on records by the Audit Committee and subsequently by the Board of Directors. Pursuant to Regulation 32 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Statement of Deviation or variation, if any, for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, in reference to allotment of Rights Issue of shares made on 5th June 2025, was first reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee and subsequently by the Board of Directors of the Company. Approved the Draft Postal Ballot Notice for convening the extraordinary general meeting for passing resolution(s) through Postal Ballot / Remote E-voting process. 5. Subject to the approval of the members by way of passing the resolution through postal ballot and appropriate authorities, the Board of Directors has proposed to varied in the objects of right issue as disclosed in the letter of offer dated April 19, 2025, based on the recommendations received from Audit Committee. As on June 30, 2025 an aggregate amount of Rs. 660.52 Crore has been utilised towards the objects of the Issue and an amount of Rs. 326.73 Crore remains unutilised.
