No. SOP-Review-15.06.2026 dated 15th June, 2026 . The Board noted that there was two-day delay in giving the prior intimation of the Board Meeting to the stock exchange. The notice of the Board meeting was also duly served seven days in advance to all directors, including independent directors, and statutory auditors as per applicable laws and regulations. However, the prior intimation to the Stock Exchange was inadvertently delayed due to a technical error, without any malafide intention. The Board took note of the same and advised the concerned officials to monitor the compliance requirements minutely and strictly adhere to the provisions of the applicable laws, regulations and SEBI requirements in future.
