We, hereby inform you that, the Company has filed the Second Motion Application on 05th August, 2026 before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench, in Company Application No. (CAA) 17 (ND) 2026 in connection with the above referred Scheme of Amalgamation. Further developments in relation to the aforesaid Scheme shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange, as and when required, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
