Financial Highlights for Quarter Ended June 30th 2026 ₹1,890 Cr 3.26% ₹36 Cr REVENUE EBITDA MARGIN PAT 5% QoQ 21% YoY 14% QoQ 12% YoY Commenting on the performance, Mr. Sukumar Srinivas, Managing Director, Shankara Buildpro Limited, said: “Buildpro has started FY27 on a strong footing, delivering another quarter of volume-led growth in a demanding operating environment. Revenue from Operations grew 21% YoY to ₹1,890 crore, led by continued momentum in our core steel marketplace and complemented by a recovery in non-steel marketplace. Steel remains the core of our business, and our steel marketplace delivered 2.50 lakh tonne of volume in Q1FY27, a growth of 10% YoY. This was achieved in a quarter where structural steel demand across the industry stayed soft, weighed down by geopolitical tensions and a cautious macro environment. Given that Buildpro has grown volumes in such a quarter reflects the strength of our marketplace model and continued market share gains. With steel prices now settled at firmer levels and demand improving, we remain firmly on course for our 1.2 million tonne steel volume target in FY27. On the non-steel side, this quarter marks an encouraging turn. After two years of consolidation through FY25 and FY26, non-steel revenue growth has resumed, growing 15% YoY. Performance across the portfolio was mixed, with certain categories leading ahead of others. All things considered, our growth outlook for FY27 remains strong, supported by continued performance in steel and a recovery in non-steel.
