Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has received a communication dated 05 August 2026 from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”), informing the Company that SEBI has appointed CNK & Associates LLP as the Forensic Auditor to conduct a forensic audit in respect of the Company. As stated in the communication, the forensic audit shall, inter alia, examine the books of account and records of the Company for the financial years 2020-21 to 2025-26 with reference to the matters specified by SEBI in its communication. The Company is extending and shall continue to extend its full cooperation to the Forensic Auditor and shall provide all information, records and assistance as may be required for completion of the audit.
