As earlier informed, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday, May 05, 2026, had recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 3.60/- (Rupees Three and Sixty Paise only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each of the Company (at the rate of 36%) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Record Date has been fixed as Friday, September 04, 2026, for determining entitlement of Members to Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. If the Final Dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the Rules framed thereunder, as amended by the Finance Act, 2020, shall be made within 30 days from the date of approval of the Members at the AGM as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
