The alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association was approved by the Members of the Company by way of a Special Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 17, 2026, so as to enable the Company to undertake a new line of business in the field of consumer electronics, mobile phones, mobile accessories, computer hardware and allied products, including the manufacturing, trading, distribution, import and export thereof.
