As stated in the communication, the forensic audit shall, inter alia, examine the books of account and records of the Company for the financial years 2020-21 to 2025-26 with reference to the matters specified by SEBI in its communication. The Company is extending and shall continue to extend its full cooperation to the Forensic Auditor and shall provide all information, records and assistance as may be required for completion of the audit.
