Mr. Ashok Bhandari had been serving as an Independent Director of the Company since 30th June, 2022 and was an integral part of the Company’s leadership. During his tenure, he provided valuable guidance and played a significant role in the strategic growth and governance of the Company. His wisdom, experience, and contributions were deeply valued by the Board and the management. The passing away of Mr. Ashok Bhandari is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Board of Directors and all employees of the Company express their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family. Mr. Ashok Bhandari was a Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Risk Management Committee and Committee of Board of Directors of the Company. Consequent to his demise, Mr. Ashok Bhandari ceased to be a Member of the aforementioned Committees of the Board of the Company with effect from 03rd August, 2026.
