Strong rural demand has continued to underpin the economy, while improving high-frequency indicators point to a gradual recovery in urban consumption. Inflation remains well anchored. Looking ahead, India's medium-term growth outlook remains optimistic, supported by proactive policy measures from the Government and regulators, opportunities arising from global supply chain realignment, and sustained domestic consumption. At Edelweiss, we began this quarter with strong momentum, reporting a consolidated PAT (post MI) of INR 122 Cr, up 83% YoY, while maintaining a resilient balance sheet with well-capitalised businesses.
