The Adjusted PAT grew by 148.8% Y-o-Y to INR 116.8 Cr in Q1FY27. The quarter was driven by strong travel demand during the FIFA World Cup and a record quarter for new business in Asia-Pacific, alongside continued momentum on the integration of Sojern, expanding AI-powered digital marketing capabilities across the business. Travel demand held firm through the quarter across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, even as a recovery in the Middle East has yet to take hold. In the US specifically, the FIFA World Cup gave a direct lift to travel activity. RateGain's Destinations business benefited directly, as destination marketing organizations expanded co-op marketing programs and jointly funded campaigns run with travel partners to attract visitors around the tournament. Steady booking activity across these markets enabled RateGain's customers to respond quickly to shifting demand while generating more transactions and intent signals across the platform. The Asia-Pacific business delivered its strongest-ever quarter, led by record new property sign-ups on the Sojern platform and continued momentum in new bookings and client engagement. Sustained investment in the region is paying off and reinforces RateGain's strategy of deepening its presence in high-growth geographies. Building on the first phase of its Sojern integration, the company's focus for FY27 is to accelerate this go-to- market motion and capitalize on the opportunity in front of it, including a significant cross-sell opportunity across its combined customer base and geographic expansion. RateGain also continues to deepen data partnerships with leading travel brands, extending the reach of its travel-intent data. That belief is now showing up in every product we ship and every interaction our customers have with us. Together with Sojern, we are focused on one outcome, helping travel and hospitality businesses grow faster, with sharper data and better decisions at every step.
