This has reference to our earlier letter dated July 16, 2026, intimating about the 30th Annual General
Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. (IST) through Video
Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.
In continuation to the aforesaid letter and pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed
herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the
30th AGM of the Company (including e-voting instructions). The same are being sent to the members of the
Company today i.e. August 6, 2026 only through electronic mode (e-mail). Further, pursuant to Regulation
36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter providing the web-link to access the aforesaid Annual
Report and Notice is also being sent today i.e. August 6, 2026 by post to those members of the Company
whose email Ids are not registered.
