Consequent to the aforesaid appointment, Mr. Shyama Prasad Ganguly ceases to be the Interim CFO and KMP of the Company, with immediate effect. He shall con(cid:415)nue to serve the Company in his exis(cid:415)ng capacity as General Manager - Finance & Accounts. The Board places on record its apprecia(cid:415)on for the valuable services rendered by Mr. Shyama Prasad Ganguly during his tenure as Interim CFO of the Company.
