Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (“PVPL”), has completed the transfer of its entire shareholding in Buildnext Construction Solutions Private Limited (“Buildnext”) to JSW One Platforms Limited (“JSW One”) pursuant to the Share Swap Agreement entered into between PVPL, JSW One, Buildnext and others. In consideration of the aforesaid transfer, PVPL has been issued equity shares of JSW One. The transaction has been completed at a mutually agreed valuation, the details of which have not been disclosed herein for confidentiality reasons.
