TBO Tek Limited has announced the notice of its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 27, 2026, through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The meeting will be held without the physical presence of members at a common venue, in compliance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' circulars and the Companies Act, 2013. The notice and annual report for the financial year 2025-26 have been sent through electronic mode to registered members and are also available on the company's website and on the websites of the stock exchanges.
