Pursuant to Regulations 30, 34 and 36 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the Annual Report of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited ("the Company")
for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with the Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to
be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 11:00 Hours (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio
Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant
circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities Exchange Board of India.
The Notice of the 33rd AGM forms an integral part of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The Annual Report
and the AGM Notice are being dispatched to the shareholders via electronic mode to their registered email
addresses, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations.
In accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended, a letter is being dispatched to all those shareholders who have not registered their
email addresses with the Company or their Depository Participants, providing the web-link with the exact path
where the complete details of the Annual Report, including the Notice of the 33rd AGM, are available.
Shareholders may request a hard copy of the Annual Report, which will be provided upon such request.
