Aerolloy Technologies Signs Landmark Agreement with Airbus for Titanium Castings
for A320neo, A330neo and A350 Programmes
Fully Machined, Ready-to-Fit Titanium Castings to be Produced through Aerolloy’s
Integrated Material-to-Component Capability
Key Highlights
● Landmark agreement with Airbus. Aerolloy Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary
of PTC Industries Limited, has signed an agreement with Airbus for the development,
production and supply of Titanium castings for Airbus aircraft programmes.
● Covers major Airbus aircraft families. The agreement relates to Titanium casting
requirements for the A320neo, A330neo and A350 programmes, representing some of the
world’s most important commercial aircraft platforms.
● Fully machined, ready-to-fit supply. Aerolloy will supply Titanium castings in a fully
machined, ready-to-fit condition, manufactured through its integrated route from Titanium
material to finished aerospace components.
● Pathway to serial production. The agreement establishes the development, qualification and
industrialisation pathway for Aerolloy to progress into production supply, subject to
successful completion of Airbus’ qualification and programme requirements.
● Strengthening PTC ONE™. The agreement is a strong validation of PTC ONE™ — From Melt
to Mission™, demonstrating Aerolloy’s ability to combine Titanium material capability,
precision casting, machining, inspection and aerospace execution within one integrated
system.
● Make in India, Make for the World. The agreement supports the creation of advanced
Titanium aerospace components in India for global commercial aircraft programmes.
Why This Matters
This is a landmark development because Aerolloy is moving beyond standalone casting supply into a
higher-value role in the aerospace supply chain — delivering fully machined, ready-to-fit Titanium
components for major Airbus aircraft programmes.
For PTC Industries, it validates the long-term investments made in Titanium materials, precision
investment casting, machining, quality systems and aerospace manufacturing infrastructure.
For India, it is a clear expression of Make in India, Make for the World — advanced aerospace
components manufactured in India, to global requirements, for aircraft programmes serving the
world.
Lucknow, India — August 06 2026
Aerolloy Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries Limited, today
announced that it has signed a landmark agreement with Airbus for the development, production
and supply of Titanium castings for the A320neo, A330neo and A350 aircraft programmes.

The agreement follows Airbus’ evaluation process, under which Aerolloy has been selected to
undertake development and industrialisation activities for Titanium casting requirements across
these programmes. The scope includes development, qualification and production activities, with
qualification forming an important milestone towards serial supply.
Under this agreement, Aerolloy will manufacture Titanium castings through its integrated route —
beginning with Titanium material produced by Aerolloy and continuing through precision casting,
machining, inspection and delivery in a fully machined, ready-to-fit condition.
This marks an important step in Aerolloy’s evolution as an integrated aerospace manufacturing
partner and reinforces PTC Industries’ strategy of participating in a larger and more valuable part of
the global aerospace value chain.
A Landmark Material-to-Component Agreement
The significance of this agreement lies in the completeness of the manufacturing responsibility.
Aerolloy will manufacture Titanium material, convert that material into complex Titanium castings,
machine the castings and deliver them in ready-to-fit condition for Airbus aircraft programmes. This
positions Aerolloy beyond conventional casting supply and into a more integrated role in commercial
aerospace manufacturing.
In aerospace supply chains, critical stages such as material production, casting, machining and
inspection are often spread across multiple suppliers and geographies. Aerolloy’s integrated model
brings these stages together within one manufacturing environment, supporting stronger
traceability, process control, quality consistency and supply-chain resilience.
This is strategically important for Aerolloy: Aerolloy gains a deeper role in global aerospace
manufacturing.

PTC ONE™ — From Melt to Mission™
This agreement is a direct expression of PTC ONE™ — From Melt to Mission™.
For this programme, the integrated route is:
Titanium material manufactured by Aerolloy
→ Titanium Alloy production
→ Precision Titanium castings
→ Machining and inspection
→ Fully machined, ready-to-fit aerospace components
PTC ONE™ was created to bring material capability, manufacturing depth, quality systems, machining
and execution discipline into one connected system. The agreement with Airbus demonstrates that
this integrated model is being recognised by one of the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers for
major commercial aircraft programmes.
Mr. Sachin Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, PTC Industries Limited, said:
“This agreement with Airbus is a landmark moment for Aerolloy Technologies and PTC Industries.
Airbus represents the highest standards of global commercial aerospace, and being selected for
Titanium castings across the A320neo, A330neo and A350 programmes is a strong validation of the
capability we have built.
What makes this agreement especially significant is the integrated nature of the responsibility.
Aerolloy will manufacture these components from its own Titanium material, convert that material
into precision castings, machine them, inspect them and deliver them in a fully machined, ready-to-
fit condition.
This is exactly the purpose of PTC ONE™ — From Melt to Mission™: to build capabilities that are not
isolated, but connected — material, metallurgy, manufacturing, quality, machining and execution
working as one system.
This agreement takes Aerolloy deeper into the global commercial aerospace value chain and is a clear
example of Make in India, Make for the World. We are proud to support Airbus programmes and
remain committed to building an advanced manufacturing institution from India for the world.”
Strategic Significance
This agreement marks another important step in PTC Industries’ transformation into an integrated
advanced manufa
