Imperial Blue also delivered significant market share gains, reflecting the Company's strong execution capabilities and growing presence in India’s largest IMFL market. During the month, Tilaknagar Industries recorded sales of 3 lakh cases in Karnataka, representing a year-on-year growth of ~30%. The Company also recorded its highest-ever secondary sales in the state, leading to 40% market share in Prestige & Above (P&A) for July 2026, reflecting strong retail off-take. Imperial Blue achieved record volumes of 1.5 lakh+ cases, growing 50%+ over the corresponding period last year. The brand further expanded its market share to 43% in the Deluxe Whisky segment, reflecting strong consumer demand and disciplined execution across the state. Mr. Nishant Jain, Chief Sales Officer, Tilaknagar Industries, said, "Karnataka continues to be one of our most strategic markets, and this milestone reflects the strength of our expanded portfolio, disciplined execution and deep consumer connect. Imperial Blue's significant market share gains reinforce the success of its integration into Tilaknagar Industries and our ability to scale brands through a strong distribution network. With the state's evolving policy environment supporting premiumization, we see significant opportunities for sustained long-term growth and remain committed to strengthening our presence through continued investments in distribution, brand building and consumer engagement." The Karnataka milestone follows another significant achievement for the Company in South India. In quarter ending June 2026, Tilaknagar Industries became the largest IMFL player in Telangana, reflecting the Company's consistent execution and strengthening leadership across key markets in the region. The strong growth also comes at a time when Karnataka's revised excise policy is expected to create a more balanced and growth-oriented operating environment for the alcoholic beverage industry. The policy is expected to encourage premiumization and provide a conducive framework for established players with strong brands and extensive distribution capabilities. Building on its strong distribution footprint in Karnataka, Tilaknagar Industries continues to expand its premiumization strategy through House of TI, the Company's luxury vertical. As consumer preferences increasingly shift towards premium experiences, House of TI is well positioned to address the growing demand for premium and luxury spirits across the state. With a strengthened brand portfolio, expanding distribution network and continued focus on premiumization, Tilaknagar Industries remains well positioned to deepen its leadership in Karnataka while accelerating long-term growth across India's evolving alcoholic beverage market. About Tilaknagar Industries Tilaknagar Industries is one of India's leading alcoholic beverage companies, with a rich legacy spanning over 90 years. Founded in 1933 by Shri Mahadev L. Dahanukar as Maharashtra Sugar Mills, TI has, over the years, transformed into a major player in the India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) industry. Under the leadership of Shri Amit Dahanukar, TI has further strengthened its leadership across categories with 'Millionaire' brands like Mansion House Brandy, Imperial Blue Whisky and Courrier Napoleon Brandy. The Company also has a strong presence across Rum and Gin through Madiraa Rum and Blue Lagoon Gin. Further, with a strong focus on premiumisation, House of TI—the Company's luxury vertical—is anchored by Monarch Legacy Edition, its first luxury brandy, and Seven Islands Pure Malt Whisky, an Indo-Scottish premium whisky. House of TI also includes an investment arm that supports India's emerging craft spirits players.
