Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2OL5, read with Para A of part A of Schedule lll, we wish to inform the Exchanges as set out below. This has reference to the Press Release issued by National Highways Authority of lndia (NHAI) thru' PIB on 5 August2026, at 4.O7 PM and certain media reports including print, TV channels and social media that PNC lnfratech Limited ('Company') has come across during the past few days concerning the Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway Project. ln this regard the following clarifications are issued. 'Construction of 6 lane upgradable to 8 lane of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway from km 28.500 to 73.744 (Package-2) in Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity ('Project')' was completed and Provisional and Final Completion Certificates ivere issued on 1 October 2025 and 2 February 2025 respectively to Awadh Expressway Private Limited ('Concessionaire'), a subsidiary of the Company. The Bid Project Cost of the Project is Rs. 1513.00 Crore. 4. The Project is currently under maintenance inasmuch as per the terms of Concession Agreement (CA) executed between NHAI and Concessionaire, post completion of construction, the Project shall be maintained by the Concessionaire for 15 (Fifteen) years, which includes Routine and Major Maintenance as stipulated therein. 5. Owing to recent heavy and incessant rains, certain stretches of Project affected. The total affected length of Project containing these isolated affected stretches is 300 m which is less than 0.5% of the entire length of the expressway. As part of the routine maintenance obligations, the Concessionaire took immediate actions/measures and repaired/rectified the majority of affected stretches and maintenance works on the remaining few stretches are already underway in full swing. The traffic on the Project has been plying smoothly, which was also mentioned by NHAI in its'Press Release'dated 5.8.2026. The safety and quality of the projects that the Company builds, operates and maintains have always been central to the manner in which the Company conducts its business, and the Company takes any concern relating to them with the utmost seriousness.
