The Company wishes to clarify that the communication first came to its attention on 5 August 2026 at approximately 17:35 hours, upon receipt of an email from BSE Limited. Upon verification, it was noted that SEBI’s earlier email had been automatically routed to the Company’s spam folder. The details as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with the said Master Circular are placed in Annexure A. The Company is in the process of placing the said communication before the Board of Directors and shall take necessary steps as advised by SEBI.
