The Company had already submitted its clarification on 19th June 2026 and had also responded to the subsequent e-mails received from NSE, along with the relevant screenshot as proof of the filing dated 26th June 2026. However, the Company has continued to receive reminder communications in this regard. Accordingly, as advised by the NSE official today, the Company is resubmitting its clarification along with the revised Consolidated XBRL filing for your kind consideration. The Company sincerely regrets the inadvertent error and the consequent need for resubmission. We assure you that due care and diligence will be exercised in all future filings to prevent the recurrence of such instances. Further, with respect to the declaration regarding the unmodified opinion on Standalone, we wish to submit that the said declaration had already been filed with the Exchange on 29th May 2026 under the “Updates” category.
