This is in furtherance to our letter dated July 22, 2026, wherein the Bank had intimated
regarding convening of 32nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Bank at 2.00 p.m. on
Thursday, August 27, 2026, through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means
(‘VC/OAVM”).
In this regard, we enclose herewith the Notice of 32nd AGM and the Integrated Annual Report
for FY 2025-26. The same is being sent today i.e. Wednesday, August 5, 2026, through
electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Bank /
Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, ‘MUFG Intime India Private Limited’ (Erstwhile, ‘Link
Intime India Private Limited’) / Depository Participant(s) as on Friday, July 24, 2026.
The Notice and Integrated Annual Report are also available on the website of the Bank at:
