Classification and appointment of Mr. Akshay Shah, Head - Supply Chain and relative of Mr. Nilesh Shah, Whole-time Director, as a part of Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 5th August 2026 pursuant to Regulation 16(1) (d) and Regulation 19 read with Part D of Schedule II of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable provisions.
