The said Order takes note of the rectifications and safety measures undertaken by the Company pursuant to the observations made in connection with the incident and the subsequent inspection of the factory conducted on July 31, 2026 by the Additional Director, Industrial Safety and Health, Chennai. Accordingly, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 107 of the Factories Act, 1948, the Order dated July 27, 2026, issued under Section 40(2) of the Factories Act, 1948, has been revoked, subject to certain safety conditions stipulated in the said Order. The Company continues to take all necessary measures to ensure strict compliance with the safety requirements and conditions stipulated by the authorities. Further, the details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are set out in Annexure A to this letter.
